Talking On Your Celly While Driving Will Cost You

Beginning today if you are caught talking on your cell phone you will get a ticket, and there are no excuses. Even if you are using a handheld cell phone to get directions to your destination, it doesn't matter you will still get a ticket. Even if you are a first time offender, it doesn't matter, you will still get a ticket!

Who wants a moving violation on their record? Not me. Now let me be honest, I do use my cell phone when I am at a stop light or the vehicle is not in motion, but guess what? I won't be doing that anymore. And good news for those who have later model vehicles where you can talk on the phone through the vehicle, you really don't need to hold a phone at all anyway.

Now this law of banning texting while driving is nothing new, it has actually been around for about five years now, but let's just say the rules are more strict and there will be no more passes. This is so serious that if you get three moving violations in a 12-month period your license will be suspended. So do yourself (and others who are driving too) a favor, and stop using your cell phone or any other handheld device while driving.
