Cardi B has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband Offset. Just shy of three years of marriage, the rappers will be calling it quits.
It's no secret that Offset has cheated on Cardi during their short marriage as some of his antics have been played out in public with him showing up to her concerts trying to win her back. But it seems Cardi basically grew tired of the infidelity and she's ready to give it up.
With such a high-profile marriage, it's obvious that there would be some challenges and I'm glad to know that Cardi B finally realized that enough is enough. Both rappers are very successful, young, rich and famous. Maybe it just wasn't time for them to get married at such an early stage of their careers? Now I'm definitely not "man bashing," but obviously Cardi will no longer accept Offset's lifestyle of stepping out in the marriage and I don't believe any woman should.
Ladies if you find yourself in a relationship where your partner is not faithful, you may want to take a look at your overall situation and re-evaluate. And for my married sisters, I know marriage vows state, "for better, for worse" but there are some exceptions and being unfaithful, in my opinion, is one of them.
