Slow Down, Take A Deep Breath And Relax

Seems like people are so bothered by just about everything these days. It will be okay though. With the pandemic going into month nine, tempers may flare, you may grow impatient or you just may need to let off some steam. That is perfectly normal.

But please don't let your anger and anxiety fester into doing something negative. When you find yourself in a situation that may be uneasy just slow down, take a deep breath and relax because you will get through it. So many people seem to be on edge these days so I recommend working out, getting enough rest and forcing yourself into quiet time where you can have moments alone.
