COVID obviously has changed the way we live. And the proof is in the fact that more Americans are relying on delivery services.
According to Lending Tree, almost 80 percent of Americans say they have used delivery services in the last year, that comes out to be about 196 million people! Retail services like Amazon were used the most and in second place food services. It's projected the average person is going to drop about two stacks a year on delivery service.
I'll have something delivered here and there, but to just pick up my phone and start ordering for everything? Nah, that can get to be a little too convenient and definitely expensive.
