It’s already that time of year where we lose an hour to get more sunshine at the end of the day with Daylight Saving Time (and that's not a typo -- there is no "s" on Saving... for REAL!).You can already notice how we have more hours of daylight lately and it’s about to get even better for a bright evening!
I love this time of year because it means more sunshine is on the way and summer isn’t far off, but I hate losing this hour… and you know the sleep we lose with the time change has been proven to cause increased traffic accidents, more heart attacks and other fatigue-related issues.
Make sure you change the watches and clocks that don't automatically adjust before you go to bed and charge your phone so it wakes you up at the correct time for church in the morning AND get your rest tonight so you can enjoy your extra time in the sun… let’s make it COUNT!
