Jamal Jackson is the Managing Attorney of Jackson Corporate Law Offices. Jamal is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including marketing, personnel development, and client development. In this role he counsels small to mid-sized business owners in the areas of corporate structuring, private equity, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions.
Jamal is also a co-founder of and consultant at Jackson Beverly Coleman Consulting Group, LLC, an affiliate company of Jackson Corporate Law Offices. This organization assists entrepreneurs and business owners in creating sustainable businesses through setting or recalibrating a company’s processes surrounding their financial operations, business and marketing strategies, and/or internal operational efficiencies.
Prior to establishing his law firm, Jamal worked in Client Development for Gallup Organization where he focused on gauging/optimizing client & employee engagement. He also worked as an Industrial Engineer for the United Parcel Service in Chicago, IL.
Jamal Jackson is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois. He is a 2016 Chicago Defender Men of Excellence award winner, a 2016 recipient of Ariel Investment’s 40 Under 40 Game Changer Award, and a 2016 recipient of Apex Society’s Power 30 Under 30 Award. Jamal received his undergraduate degree.
