On Tuesday, city and county officials hosted a ceremonial groundbreaking to begin redeveloping the site at 1835 W. Harrison St.
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle announced plans for two hotels, medical offices, a museum and retail space.
