President Barack Obama is back home in Illinois today to receive a very prestigious award. The former president is the recipient of an ethics in government award from the University of Illinois. Mr. Obama also delivered a message at the university, aiming at youth to encourage them to vote because he says "our democracy depends on it." He also talked about the current administration and the state of politics in America.
