Attorneys for R. Kelly and his former landlords reached an agreement Monday after the R&B signer was sued by the landlords for unpaid rent. His former landlord, Midwest Commercial, was suing Kelly for $80,000 in unpaid rent on his Near West Side studio. Kelly R&B singer denied it. There's no word on the details of their agreement. The suit was filed in July 2018. Midwest Commercial rented Kelly a studio at 219 N. Justine St.
