Chicago singer Katie Kadan gave all she had with her rendition of Aretha Franklin's "Baby I Love You" on the season opener of 'The Voice.' The professional singer said that she was always afraid to perform because "she was a chubby chick living in a skinny girl's world," adding, "But now I'm okay."
My favorite coach John Legend quickly snagged her as part of his team, and I know with his skills and her talent their team is going to be fierce. Although it was the first episode of 'The Voice's' new season, if John keeps it up with selecting the powerful singers, he just may win the whole thing again.
