Congrats to one of my faves, the great Mary J. Blige, she has been named ambassador for the 2020 American Black Film Festival. MJB proved that she can act, being nominated for an Oscar for best supporting actress for her role in the movie "Mudbound."
And pretty soon you will see her on the spin off of "Power," playing Monet, an 'I'm-not-playing-games-with-you' business woman. I cannot wait to see her performance in that series. I'm preparing myself in the event her shoe game is crazy! Yup, I'm a big fan.
