Don't Get Caught Up With Online Shopping During 'Shelter In Place'

With the 'shelter in place' directives many states are participating in due to the coronavirus outbreak, buying online can be a big temptation.

I don't know about you but it seems like every single store I've ever made a purchase at is sending me ads about big sales they are having. Thirty percent off here, buy one get one free there, ugh ... this is just too much. Now is NOT the time to be online shopping, it's really a time to think about saving even more money because there is so much uncertainty with our economy.

It is very easy to get caught up with throwing that computer on your lap, logging on to your favorite website and breaking out the credit card. Trust me, it has been very tempting knowing I could get a pair of shoes for a fraction of the cost of what they would normally sell for. But nope, I'm not going. I'm not going to fall for all of the sales that are going on. I know retailers are going to take a hit by being shut down during this pandemic, but sometimes you just have to make a sacrifice.

I got this. And just like the coronavirus outbreak will pass, so will I on buying those shoes on sale that I absolutely love.
