Governor Pritzker extending Illinois stay-at-home order, sources say

Illinois Governor JB Pritzker will extend the state's stay-at-home order into May. The order was originally set to expire on April 30 and will be extended an additional 30 days. Illinois reported 2,049 new cases and another 98 deaths from coronavirus. There are now 35,059 patients who have tested positive for coronavirus in Illinois, including 1,565 deaths.
