Gov. Pritzker has made some revision to his Phase 3 plan for the state of Illinois' reopening. And although some of the restrictions will be lifted throughout the state, Mayor Lori Lightfoot has different plans for the city of Chicago.
And outdoor dining is one of the subjects that the governor and mayor seem to disagree on. Although the state will allow outdoor dining at some restaurants, Mayor Lightfoot says the city needs time to prepare for that, and it may be at least a couple more weeks before we see any outdoor dining at restaurants in Chi-Town.
