If you are a commuter on Metra and you have been enjoying those free rides for months due to the pandemic, well your free rides are coming to an end.
Starting today the conductors on Metra trains will be checking tickets on Union Pacific North, Northwest and West lines at Ogilvie station. I know those free rides must have been good on your pocket, but every good thing must come to an end at some point, right?
