Microsoft is one of the most innovative companies in America, well actually in the world and they are leading the way again with a hybrid workplace. Meaning, that the company is allowing a good majority of its employees to work from home.
Although we are still in the midst of a pandemic and many companies across the nation are still allowing employees to work from their homes, Microsoft workers will be able to do their jobs from the comfort of their homes even after the pandemic subsides.
Like a lot of American businesses, since March most Microsoft's employees have worked remotely, and according to the company, it will be normal for most roles to remain remote less than 50% of the time with manager approval.
