The final presidential debate happens tonight and I'm pretty sure many Americans will be tuning in to see how their favorite candidate will debate with new rules in place.
The Debate Commission has come up with a rule where the microphone of the person not speaking will be muted when their opponent is speaking. Thank goodness for this because that debacle of a debate a couple of weeks ago was so disgraceful.
