Black Friday Online Shopping Is Encouraged This Year

Black Friday is always a crazy time of year where people literally stand in line for hours for stores to open so they can be the first one to beat the rush and get that dream item they want at a good price. But let me remind you that going out to shop on Black Friday will be very different this year.

It's probably a good idea that you stay in and do most of your shopping online. That way you don't have to worry about being in a super spreader type of situation. It will be pretty difficult to keep a distance of six feet from the person next to you in line in some cases. But if you insist on going to the mall or your favorite store, expect big crowds although there will be some restrictions put in place from most retailers to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Finally, please wear a mask. A face covering is very necessary when you're out and about in public, especially where there will be crowds of people. But ask yourself, is going out to do your holiday shopping really worth putting your health and the health of others in your household at risk? Retail experts are saying that most of the really good sales will be online anyway. Does that encourage you to stay home?
