Chicago Restaurants Need Help, Plead For Indoor Dining To Return

Remember the good 'ol days when we could call up a friend and tell them to meet up at your favorite restaurant? I miss those days. And so do restaurant owners. Because of the pandemic, many Chicago restaurants are facing permanent closures.

They are asking that officials allow them to reopen for indoor dining, even if the capacity is at 20-25 percent, that would help make ends meet. I wish something more could be done for all of these restaurant and small business owners because they are truly the backbone of our economy.

Hopefully with coronavirus numbers decreasing there can be a way that they will open up their dining rooms real soon. There's nothing like sitting down having a good meal, laughter and great conversation with friends and family at your favorite restaurant.
