With so many stresses of the world we face daily, one thing that you cannot afford to neglect is your health. Make sure you drink plenty of water so your body stays hydrated, you get proper nutrition and plenty of rest.
I know I run around quite a bit, although not nearly as much as I used to with the pandemic and all, but now that I have a little more time I find myself allowing my body to rest way more than I used to. I have more energy, I feel more alert and overall it just feels good!
Remember, proper rest is so important not only for your physical well-being but also for your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being too.
