Come March 1st I will be glued to the TV watching the new documentary about the Notorious B.I.G. By now you probably know I am a real big (no pun intended) fan of Biggie, and have rocked with him since day one.
There is something about the way he rocks a mic. I have to admit some of the content of his songs may be a bit much, but I appreciate his natural born talent and his gift to pick up a microphone and just spit verses that blow my mind.
It's way more than what he's saying while he's rapping. It's about the flow, the cadence, the metaphoric tone and the lyrics. He's definitely a lyrical genius.
