Both Kardashian and West have been living separate lives for many months before she filed for divorce February 19th.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are seeking joint custody and physical custody of their 4 kids, North 7, Saint 5, Chicago 3 and Psalm 21 months. Kim cited 'irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. Kim is asking the judge to reenforce the pairs prenup, which they signed in 2014.
