Cook County has rolled out Phase 1B Plus for all eligible Illinois residents who are 16 years and older with specific health conditions.
There are now five locations where eligible residents can be vaccinated:
The Tinley Park Convention Center, 18451 Convention Center Drive in Tinley Park,
South Suburban College located at 15800 State St. in South Holland,
Triton College at 2000 5th Ave. in River Grove,
The former K-Mart at 1155 E Oakton St. in Des Plaines,
and 7630 West Roosevelt Rd. in Forest Park.
Those individuals who are pregnant, smoke and have disabilities can also get vaccinated.
