In Chicago, a man was stabbed in the neck Sunday afternoon on the near noth side after someone approached him and asked for some spare change. The 52-year-old man was walking down the 700 block of Michigan Avenue around 4:30 p.m. when the incident took place, the man refuse and the attacker pulled out a sharp object and threaten him and stabbed him. Sad, back in the day, Michigan Avenue used to be the safest place to walk in Chicago.
