Mayor Lori Lightfoot on Tuesday said her goal is to have the city fully reopened by July 4. The mayor along with Gov. JB Pritzker announced that the Chicago Auto Show will return to McCormick Place in July. Since hospitalization is down in Illinois, Pritzker said the state is ready for the bridge phase which will loosen the restrictions residents have seen.
