Black Lives Matter Co-Founder Resigns Friday Amid Controversy

Black Lives Matter Co-Founder Patrisse Cullors is resigning from the organization today. She says she is leaving so that she can focus on a TV and book deal.

But recently there has been controversy surrounding BLM's finances and Cullors' personal wealth, including allegations that she has made very expensive real estate purchases in recent months.

She served BLM for the past six years.
