Remember a few months back when Jay-Z and Beyonce's mansion in New Orleans caught on fire? Well they are now selling it for $4.5 million.
The house is located in the city's Historic Garden District and it was formerly a Presbyterian Church. It's just over 13-thousand square feet and has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, plus a rooftop garden, where it's being reported that either Jay or Bey did some of their best writing there.
