Don't worry, the Super Bowl is going to happen. It just may or may not be in Los Angeles, that's all. Every year there is a contingency plan put in place for such a major event, but this year it makes more sense because of the increase in COVID cases in L.A. and around the country.
There are other cities with open-air stadiums that are being considered if the indoor restrictions in L.A. change dramatically. But at the rate this Omicron variant is spreading, the location for the big game may have to change. But for now it's still planned for La la land.
Whatever the location, I need that halftime performance to still happen!
