The time of year we all wait for is here, tax season.
Yup, you can now officially file your taxes beginning today. I know it is a whole lot to gather tax forms, paystubs and all that to get prepared, but the sooner the better.
The IRS has a shortage of employees and they are still sifting through the backlog from last year and the year before because of COVID. So get your paperwork in as soon as you can. The faster you get it in, the faster the refund!
And there is a new tax deadline this year, normally it's April 15th as we all know but this year it has been extended to April 18th.
