Whew ... what a sigh of relief for city officials. Lollapalooza, the iconic music festival that hits Chicago every summer is going to be sticking around for a while. Apparently there was an agreement to keep the fest in Chi City for the next 10 years with a possible five-year extension beyond that.
Lolla brings in billions of dollars to Chicago, and the 4-day festival is very much needed especially following COVID and this season of inflation that we're going through.
