California Officials report that Kevin Hart and another passenger suffered major back injuries in an accident where Hart's vehicle fell into a deep gully about 10 feet from a California highway. Reports say Hart was a passenger when the car smashed through a wood fence leaving the roof completely crushed from the impact - trapping passengers.
