Good music and lots of fun this weekend in addition to all the Mardi Gras festivities!
Welcome to Chicago Ella Mai – she’s at Concord Hall tomorrow night at 8pm – the show is sold out but it'll be worth it if you're able to snag some on the resale sites to see this Grammy winner up close and personal in an intimate venue!
For more amazing singing, music and a great commentary on how life and music has always been… check out the play, “The Total Bent” at the Den Theatre in Wicker Park, just extended through March 17th. It stars the gifted Robert Cornelius and a talented cast of actors, singers and musicians. You’ll have a great time AND it will make you think hard about race, religion, sexuality, family, politics and some current situations in the news… get ready to have your mind blown!
& The Bulls take on the Hawks again tomorrow at 2:30pm at United Center… they’re also starting off this Women’s History Month with a celebration of the Luvabulls 40thanniversary! Check out “I Am Woman: Celebrating Girl Power” – an alumni performance with some surprise Chicago superstar appearances right before the game!
Whatever you decide, have a great time and don’t let me EVER hear you say you don’t have anything to do!
