It’s time to spring forward! Don’t forget to move your clocks forward one hour before you go to bed tonight… well, all the ones that don’t do it automatically on their own. (I always forget my oven and microwave – guess I need to upgrade!)
I think most of us hate losing that hour of sleep even if we love the extra hours of daylight in the evening hours. Amazingly, even though it doesn’t sound like a lot of time, it really affects our sensitive systems. Accidents increase the day after the time change and incidents of other stress-related health issues increase too. Vox listed a few other things you might not know about the time change.
So, take care of yourself this weekend, get your rest and get ready to enjoy the extra sunshine… if spring ever gets here! LOL
