Itâs time to spring forward! Donât forget to move your clocks forward one hour before you go to bed tonight⊠well, all the ones that donât do it automatically on their own. (I always forget my oven and microwave â guess I need to upgrade!)
I think most of us hate losing that hour of sleep even if we love the extra hours of daylight in the evening hours. Amazingly, even though it doesnât sound like a lot of time, it really affects our sensitive systems. Accidents increase the day after the time change and incidents of other stress-related health issues increase too. Vox listed a few other things you might not know about the time change.
