TMZ just released news that R. Kelly was back in court... but not for his own charges.
He wants a judge to force ex-wife Drea Kelly to honor their marital agreement which says that neither of them would discuss or talk about "any account of their private lives, business activities, relationship with each other, marriage or circumstances surrounding the dissolution."
His lawyer is most concerned with her comments regarding their child support dispute on "TMZ Live" and "Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta."
R. Kelly's lawyer says that Drea is only making money by talking about him in public and from child support she receives from him... which he also says R. Kelly has paid and is up to date.
And the drama continues.
