Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott is giving you the best Black People Magic you could ever ask for this weekend!
The superstar dropped new music yesterday right before she’s set to receive the Video Vanguard award at the MTV Video Music Awards on Monday night.
It’s been 14 years since we’ve heard new music from Missy… she teamed up with longtime collaborator Timbaland for a 5 song EP called Iconology.
She’s also riding the wave of some pretty impressive recognition… she was just inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in June, as the first female rapper to receive the honor.
