JHud gave fans of Aretha Franklin what they've been waiting for this morning... our first look at her turn as the Queen of Soul in the movie about her life, "Respect." (see link below)
Chicago's own Oscar-winning actress and superstar singer was hand-picked by Ms. Franklin to portray her in the movie, but unfortunately delays in production meant she didn't get to see JHud embody her music and speak her life before she passed away in 2018.
"Respect" also stars Forest Whitaker, Mary J. Blige, Marlon Wayans and more... it's scheduled to hit theaters on October 9th, 2020.
