The 4th of July holiday weekend is ON! And just because we're just barely opening up in Chicago (& can't travel too many places across the country or around the world), it doesn't mean that we can't have fun!
THEE summer staple, the Chosen Few House Music Picnic and Festival is live online tomorrow (Saturday) from 12pm-9pm... check out all the Chosen Few DJs, live performances and special guest DJs, including comedian & Chicago native Deon Cole!
Get your salsa dancing on at home tomorrow night (Saturday) with Chicago Summerdance in Place... it's Latin Night with a lesson and a live band at 6:30pm. Find all the info on how to tune in virtually here.
If you want to venture out, Navy Pier is open but they will not be featuring a fireworks display tomorrow night... and of course, social distancing measures and masks will be in place.
And you won't miss Taste of Chicago after all! The city is not hosting the food festival in Grant Park but they are doing Taste of Chicago To Go, featuring a food truck parade, online cooking demonstrations and more. It all begins next Wednesday, July 8th.
Whatever you choose, have fun and don't ever let me hear you say you don't have anything to do! ;)
