As it cools down, gets chilly and fall shows off its colors… I’ve got stuff whether you’re headed out or staying inside!
Check out The Roots and Monica in concert online this weekend, supporting Save Our Stages… a virtual music festival to support independent music venues where we loved seeing live shows, many of which are in danger of closing permanently. The Roots appear on the YouTube livestream at 10:10pm tonight and Monica is tomorrow at 5:40pm.
Get in a Halloween mood with a screening of Dawn of the Dead at Chicago Drive In Theaters in Hoffman Estates tomorrow night at 8:30pm… they’re celebrating with reverse trick or treating, plus all the ghosts, goblins and ghouls may come out for a quick (socially distanced) scare!
And catch the movies you can’t see on Hulu or Netflix with the Chicago International Film Festival! It opened this week and runs through the 25th with drive-in screenings and streaming options of films from all around the world, across the country and of course, right here in Chicago.
Whatever you choose, have fun and don’t let me EVER hear you say you don’t have anything to do!
