Tuesday brought a big surprise for me… actor Jaleel White, who portrayed the iconic Steve Urkel on “Family Matters,” just launched his cannabis brand this week.
Jaleel partnered with 710 Labs after a chance meeting with his business partner on a flight to Oakland in 2018. His line is called itsPurpl and features a variants of the strain Purple Urkle, bearing his image.
He said he wants to add diversity and inclusion to the industry and aims to highlight medical breakthroughs and debunk stereotypes and myths about cannabis.
I didn't see this plot twist for Urkel... but he's about to make that canna-cash now! Come through Stefon! LOL
