Navy Pier reopened yesterday, street festivals will resume this summer, and the United Center will open for games next week – the Bulls welcome fans back on May 7th and the Blackhawks on May 9th.

The Michelin Guide of top restaurants in the world just came out this week and Chicago has quite a few honors on the list, including Bib Gourmands for several black-owned restaurants: Ina Mae Tavern in Wicker Park, Soule in West Town and Virtue in Hyde Park.
And a new spot is opening in Bronzeville this summer… look out for Bronzeville Winery, the brainchild of The Silver Room owner Eric Williams and hospitality industry vet Cecilia Cuff at 44th and Cottage Grove.
