Black People Magic is spreading all over the Friendly Confines this season as 21-year-old Jeremiah Paprocki became the first black and youngest ever public address announcer at Wrigley Field.
The UIC senior got his start as the voice of UIC athletics and he’s a life-long Cubs fan, where his mother Barbara worked as a parking attendant.
Jeremiah says the job, especially at this early point in his career, “means a lot” and that he “couldn’t be more honored.”
Way to go Jeremiah! & Remember to always celebrate your magic! Xo
