Community Connect has resources you need for Election Day... it's coming up Tuesday and early voting is already underway right now across the city and suburbs.
Today, Rainbow PUSH Coalition hosts their Morning Candidates Forum at 10am at Rainbow PUSH Headquarters, 930 E. 50th Street. It’s your chance to meet and talk with local candidates as they share their plans and ideas for the community. They’re also hosting a continental breakfast with judges. It’s all free, but please register online before you go at this link.
And museums in Chicago are offering free admission days this month to Illinois residents with proof of Illinois residency. Shedd Aquarium is free Tuesday March 19th and 26th from 5-9 pm, DuSable Museum is free every Wednesday, The Adler Planetarium is free every Wednesday from 4-10 pm and The Art Institute is free on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays through March 22nd.
