As we look ahead our 4-day holiday weekend… the NASCAR Chicago Street Race will take over Chicago’s streets Saturday and Sunday! Street closures for the setup have been rolling out over the past few weeks and now we’re ready for the race to run Saturday from 8:45am- 10pm and Sunday from 9am-7pm.
In addition to the 2 days of car racing, there’s live entertainment and performances from Buddy Guy, Keith Urban, The Black Keys and more in Grant Park. & You can still get tickets here!
For those of you wondering where our traditional July celebration went… for the second straight year, the Taste of Chicago has been moved to September. It’s happening right after Labor Day weekend this year – from the 6th through the 8th in Grant Park.
