As the temps drop, flu season returns! Protect yourself and your family… starting today and every Saturday through March 28th, Cook County residents can get free flu and COVID-19 shots from the Cook County Department of Public Health. You do not need to make an appointment, and insurance and proof of immigration status is not required. Clinics that offer these free shots will rotate between 5 locations: Blue Island, Robbins, Ford Heights, Arlington Heights and North Riverside.
