Aldermen ask mayor to reconsider CPD vaccine mandate over public safety

As Mayor Lori Lightfoot presided over a meeting of the full City Council Thursday morning, it did not appear she planned to discuss the city's COVID vaccine mandate, despite some aldermen asking her to reconsider her decision in the name of public safety.
