Little leaguer consoles tearful opposing pitcher after being hit in head

The dramatic scene unfolded during a Little League Southwest Regional Playoff final. A pitcher hit a batter in the head. Clearly an accident. The pitcher did not want to do that. The batter was hurt for a bit but did manage to take his base unassisted. Meanwhile the pitcher was in tears over what he had done. That’s when the batter who had been hit in the head came over to console him saying he was ok, and that the pitcher was doing great. Sometimes we adults can learn a thing or two from the kids.
