I saw thee most heartbreaking video I have ever seen in years. I saw the 14 year old fall to his death and you can tell he was NOT strapped in the seat and the harness was NOT locked down. Somebody is in trouble?! What happened to the check? When you board the rides, the attendant is supposed to check to see if the harness is locked.
Someone recorded the entire event and the sickening part of the video was after the fall the operator walked up to the body and didn't even touch him, never check to even see if he was breathing or to see if he was alive.
I think the most heartbreaking part about the video is the sound of his body hitting the ground....
