A monkey is NOT a pet and I'm not sure why a monkey was even on someone's front porch, who had a monkey in a residential neighborhood? Not sure but the monkey approached a porch and jumped around until he got to the back of someones back year and jumped on a woman's her and ripped her hair out her head and ripped her ear in half, easily, as if we rip up school paper... This is sick and a neighbor shot the monkey that wouldn't stop terrorizing the area before the police arrived to the home. The owner did not have need permit to own the monkey in the state of Oklahoma. Praying for the woman that got injured and I hope she makes a complete recovery..
